Form Industry comfort in air conditioning of Tekirdağ Kapaklı State Hospital

Form Endüstri, which has its signature in many distinguished projects in Türkiye, added Tekirdağ Kapaklı State Hospital to its references. In the air conditioning of the hospital, 21 FORM FKS air handling units, 2 CLIVET screw cooling groups and 420 FORM concealed ceiling type fan coils were used.

In Kapaklı Tekirdağ, Kapaklı State Hospital, which is preparing to serve the people of the region with a closed area of 3500 m2, a seating area of 875 m2, 100 beds and a car parking capacity of 250 vehicles, preferred Form Endüstri Products for central air conditioning systems. A total of 21 air handling units, 9 of which are Form hygienic air handling units that provide sensitive sterile conditions and hygiene conditions, were used in the hospital.

With 60 different cross-sections and air flow rates up to 100.000 m3/h, Eurovent certified FORM FKS air handling units are in T2 thermal permeability and TB1 thermal bridging class, which is the highest segment of its class, and provide minimum heat loss and high efficiency thanks to its high thermal insulation feature. Fully automated air handling units consist of galvanised steel profiles for superior mechanical strength.

Other prominent features of the air handling units include PVC profiled panels without thermal bridges, advanced MCC panel and DCC control panel.

CLIVET Air Cooled Chillers preferred in the project are Eurovent certified; 2 independent circuits, frequency inverter compressor in each circuit, DX type Shell & Tube evaporator with improved heat transfer area, providing high efficiency at both full and partial loads.

Another product group used in hospital air conditioning was Form brand domestic production 4-pipe concealed ceiling type fan coils. In the project, 420 units of 4-pipe concealed ceiling type fancoils, which produce high efficiency and low operating cost solutions with its special heat exchanger structure, were used. Form FCUs offer quiet operation with adjustable fan speed and high efficiency motor.
